Phased 2nd Chance Housing Program

Second chance opportunity homeownership program

Everyone deserves a second chance, here you have that opportunity! We accept members of the community who have prior evictions, criminal history, poor credit history, less than the needed income to qualify for market housing!

Barter housing program

FREE : 25 hrs per week commitment

Second chance, housing opportunity for individuals facing homelessness without monthly income or employment ! This requires a 25 hour per week work commitment Monday through Friday 10 AM to 2 PM this is a co-op or shared style living arrangement with shared spaces such as kitchen,  sleeping quarters and living space

Assisted housing program

$150-250 per week

This is a low cost alternative program to assist with the support of financial burden for parents , families can enjoy all utilities included, along with Wi-Fi and two meals per day provided, This program does require a form of Co-op or shared living space typically shared spaces are bathrooms and kitchen areas . With private sleeping quarters.

Supportive housing program

$250-450 per week

This housing program typically requires an individual to be able to hold a unit , financially on their own . Requiring financial stability with employment or monthly income. The member must be able to support utilities and hold them in their name . This housing program provides you with the ability to earn your way towards home ownership. 

Independent safety net housing

$250 - $500 per week

This final phase of housing requires a member to have TOTAL ability to support an entire household, along with utilities & maintenance of property . With programming a member can earn homeownership within 2 to 4 years, depending upon several factors discussed at intake. Each member residing in independent units are responsible for the total property and live in solo units . The member is supported with resources , other services and educational courses .

Each member pays towards three things with their weekly, biweekly, or monthly payment. This is the unit fee, your programming fee, and your down payment assistance for your future home!
